We had a front door and a sliding glass door purchased and installed by Window World. Everyone was so helpful starting with Mark our sales person and crew that did the installation.I was not happy with some areas of the install on the front door. Talked with Chris and he came out personally to help sort it out. The crew came back and corrected the areas that needed to be changed within 2 weeks. Many thanks to everyone at Window World that their part in this project. My doors are beautiful and I am impressed with workmanship of the product at a affordable price. We had all of our windows replaced by Window World in 2004. If I have an issue with any of them it is taken care without delay. It is reassuring when companies provide great customer service and stand behind their projects. THANK YOU!

We bought our windows in 2013, Kelly and Mike just came out (2026) and replaced a vinyl window with a blown seal and a cracked vinyl window. All under warranty. Could not be more pleased with Window World windows and how they stand behind their products.
Kelly and Mike were so much fun during the replacement, knew what they were doing while doing it well, and had such a great sense of humor!

I stop be their location to get another window bid. First price wa, as we say, out of this world. They where very helpful with info and very informative. I decided to schedule an appt to get and accurate accessment as to cost and time to complete the job. After consideration I made a deposit for job acceptance.
Job was completed on time and with a wonderful team of installers that did a most professional job, very friendly, on time and completed with great care to clean up and carry away unwanted material. Wold recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job and at a price that is very well valued.

Our experience with window world was a great experience. From the excellent salesman to the installation.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.Installers kept everything clean and tidy. We had 17 windows replaced and they were finished in a day and a half. We had one little problem with one of the windows and the repair was taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend!! The cost was 5-6 thousand less than comparable companies.

I wasn't expecting the level of professionalism from Window World we got. From Kevin Kemp who initially came to the house and set everything up, to the guy who came back and rechecked all measurements to ensure windows would fit properly to the installers. We live in an older home and some of the frames had to be replaced because of termites and they took care of that too. I was a little skeptical at first only because of the price being 1/2 as much as other companies but I can tell you I would recommend Window World to anyone who was looking to replace any windows. A big thanks to Kevin and the rest of the crew for the work they did for us.
