Installer arrived at time promised and was friendly and respectful of our property, dog, etc. He explained how he would proceed, double checked measurements and assured that sales rep had measured correctly. Then he got to work removing the old with plastic taped inside to keep cold and dirt out. He worked efficiently it seemed to me, while also taking time to chat and be friendly. Cleaned up well and took away old windows and storm windows, etc. took time to demonstrate window operation and explain warranty.

Window World was able to completely install 16 windows and wrap the exterior trim in less than 2 days. The workmanship was very good and the installers were polite and professional. I’ve also found with past work that they stand by their warranty. I’ll definitely use them again.
